The brief
A long-loved heritage home, ready for its next chapter. The owners wanted to bring out what was already wonderful — the parquet, the high ceilings, the patterned glass — and weave in modern services without losing the character of the rooms.
What we did
We restored the Versailles parquet, rebuilt the original fireplace with a deep black arched hearth, and reworked the dining and living rooms around the existing leadlight French doors. New services and a refreshed kitchen run in the background, doing their work quietly.
