The brief
A new home for a young family on a long, narrow inner-west block. The brief asked for four bedrooms, two living zones and a low-maintenance street presence — solid, calm and built to last beyond the build cycle.
What we did
We delivered a complete design-and-construct package. A face-brick base grounds the building, with a rendered upper floor and timber-clad balcony adding warmth. Inside, the bathrooms quietly steal the show — hex-mosaic floors, full-tile walls and brass tapware throughout.
