The brief
A new family home for a busy household — quiet from the street, generous on the inside, and open to the trees behind. The clients asked for warm, natural materials and a kitchen that could carry the rhythm of daily life without ever feeling cluttered.
What we did
We built the home from slab to handover, working closely with the architect and the family at every stage. The result is a calm, considered house that uses its sloping site to layer living spaces and frame views into the bush.
- Bespoke walnut kitchen with stone waterfall island
- Full-height steel-framed glazing to the rear
- Brushed-brick and rendered façade
- Layered split-level living with herringbone timber floors
It feels grown-in already — like the house has always been here.
