The brief
A confident family home for a long, north-facing block — soft on the street, generous and pool-facing at the rear. The clients wanted natural materials, a kitchen with real presence, and a primary suite that felt like a quiet retreat from the rest of the house.
What we did
We built the home from slab to handover, working closely with the architect through the curved-glazing detail, the fluted-walnut joinery and the bespoke marble island. The result is a calm, layered house that opens itself to light and water without ever overstating it.
- Curved frameless glazing to the pool elevation
- Fluted-walnut and marble island kitchen
- Herringbone timber flooring throughout
- Primary suite with private balcony and ensuite
Every room is a pleasure to walk into — and just as good to leave from.
