Our story
B&B Building and Design Pty Ltd — previously known as B Yang Construction Pty Ltd — was founded in Sydney by Bruce with one ambition: to deliver buildings that hold up to scrutiny, both today and decades from now. We work closely with homeowners, architects and consultants to plan, document and execute every project with rigour.
From the first conversation we set out a clear scope, a transparent budget, and a programme that respects your life and your home. The work happens behind the scenes — and shows up in every flush detail and quiet finish.
We are based in Concord and work across greater Sydney, from the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West to the North Shore and beyond.
How we work
We listen, walk the site, and frame the project realistically — scope, budget, programme, constraints.
Working with your architect or our trusted partners, we refine drawings and details until they're build-ready.
We manage council, certifier and engineer interactions so you don't have to.
A small, focused team of trades led by a dedicated project manager — weekly progress, no surprises.
A thorough walkthrough, defect resolution and a complete document handover when you move in.
